When you schedule a showing through this site, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. We also collect information you provide about your move-in timeline, number of occupants, and guarantor status to help us prepare for your showing.
Your contact information is used solely for scheduling and coordinating apartment showings. Specifically:
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box on the booking form, you agree to receive SMS text message reminders about your scheduled showing. Message frequency is low — typically one confirmation and up to two reminders per showing. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS you receive from us. You will receive no further messages after opting out.

Your information is stored securely in our internal leasing management system. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only accessible to Kyle Davis and is used exclusively to manage the leasing process.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to manage your showing and any subsequent leasing process. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
